Rim Country Community Services is a Payson, Arizona platform: local news and alerts, a farmers-market storefront for local vendors, home and short-term-rental services by local contractors, and vehicle listings. Built for our neighbors, including the many of us who prefer larger type and straight answers.
An account, if you make one: your name and email, through Amazon Cognito sign-in. It exists so your orders, requests and properties are yours when you come back.
What you send us: applications and service requests carry the contact details and property information you type into them. They go to the people doing the work and nowhere else.
Email we send you: confirmations and updates about things you asked for. We keep a record of what we sent so we never send it twice. We do not run marketing lists.
Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to see which pages get read, as counts and trends. Its cookies are Google’s; we see numbers, not neighbors.
Your browser’s own memory: your market cart and sign-in session live in your browser, on your machine, so the site works between pages.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not publish addresses, phone numbers or gate codes on any public page — ever. Contractors see a job’s address only after they have accepted the job, behind sign-in.

The “Rim Country Picks” rail on our Market page links to products on Amazon. Those are paid links: if you click one and buy something, Amazon pays us a small commission at no extra cost to you. Amazon sets its own cookies when you visit their site; their privacy practices are their own. We only list things we believe a Rim resident, guest or traveler genuinely needs and cannot easily get locally — the commission never chooses the product.
Want your account or your information removed? Email admin@rimcountryx.com and we will take care of it and confirm when it is done. You can browse the whole site — news, market, services, vehicles — without an account; one is only needed to buy, sell or work.
This page is kept current as the platform grows — payments, for example, will be handled by Stripe, and this page will say so plainly before the first card is ever charged.
